Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth Submitting for Divorce
Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, have determined to finish their marriage, and we’re informed it is amicable.

The couple married again in 2011. They share one youngster, 10-year-old Tennessee.
