Bam Margera’s Spouse Considers Looking for Restraining Order Towards Him After Arrest

Bam Margera‘s spouse Nikki Margera is presumably submitting for some authorized safety in opposition to him … this after his latest arrest for public intoxication, TMZ has realized.

Sources aware of the state of affairs inform TMZ … Nikki’s contemplating submitting for a restraining order in opposition to the previous “Jackass” star, which she hopes would shield her and their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

In the meantime, Nikki tells us Wednesday’s incident “was scary for me and much more scary for Phoenix,” calling it a disgrace as a result of “the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went fairly nicely.”

She claims Bam arrived Wednesday intoxicated and belligerent — including “That is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step ahead and ten steps again.”

Nikki’s legal professional, David Glass, tells TMZ … they have been attempting to work with Bam on organising common visitation. Nonetheless, Glass says that is all contingent on Bam staying sober and treating Nikki with respect — one thing he says simply hasn’t occurred.
